Baskin-robbins - Southaven

Simply Adorable! Teri, the Lead Master Cake Designer at this Baskin-Robbins in Southaven, MS, consistently helps me create the most beautifully inspired cakes. I always consult with her about the theme I have in mind, and she listens attentively, providing incredibly creative and stunning designs that reflect my vision. I just need to add my own little personal touch to complete them. Teri is truly the BEST! Whether I choose chocolate or vanilla, the cakes are always fresh, and with so many ice cream flavors to choose from, I can experiment with a variety of combinations. It's safe to say that our family and friends are always eager to join in our celebrations, no matter the occasion.

The cake was very nice, although the writing was a bit difficult to read. Since it was for a 6-year-old who doesn't know how to read cursive, I didn't mind much. Having a spooky cake for a birthday in July is truly priceless!

This is still the best ice cream place in town! I really appreciate the calm atmosphere and the extensive selection of flavors. My personal favorite is the chocolate waffle cone, which is usually fresh. I also like that there are different sizes of cups and cones available. The signs on the tables could use a good cleaning and updating, but that's a minor issue. I definitely recommend replacing them, though. The staff is friendly, and I love the location of this place as well. I highly recommend it—10 out of 10!

This place offers every ice cream flavor you can think of! You can also create your own sundae or similar treats. It's a delightful spot to take a loved one, and it won't break the bank!

I recently called Baskin-Robbins and was met with rudeness; when I greeted the lady on the phone and asked how she was, she abruptly hung up on me. While I have no complaints about Baskin-Robbins itself—their ice cream is fantastic—I believe that the employee who answered my call should be let go.
