Auntie Anne's - Southaven

Must have been a new employee as they have missed an item in our order, which leads us to drive back to get it. Even worse, they had given us the loading copy of the receipt that had to be signed instead of the customer copy. They were friendly and solved our problem with no foot so kudos on the customer service when correcting an error. The food was great as always!

The food here is always quite good for me, but the service is almost never so great. The staff I have experienced are often dry and make the feeling you disturb them by ordering your food. But, hey, maybe I'd feel like I had to treat as many personalities a day as they do. Anyway, I had no experience to date that will stop me from going back, and they always seem to stay up to keep the food hot and ready.

I usually love her, but they sold me burned pretzels, I didn't notice until I came home and was so disappointed... they should have been quenched if they accidentally burned her not sold to the customer.

Not really sure the place had sold out Brezels when I arrived there, so I think the customers before me enjoyed them. The place was kind of hard to find because you had to go and it was not easy to find with the hiking map. It is quite far back from the parking lot and behind other shops that make it invisible with the naked eye when you are out of your car. You have to run about 1/4 miles to get it. Good practice if you're going to count steps like me.

Good pretzels but way too much toppings (salt/cinnamon sugar).
