901 Wings - Southaven

The food is fantastic, but service during lunch can be quite slow, and their system could use some improvement. I recommend calling ahead or being ready to wait about 30 minutes. The seasoned fries, however, are really delicious!

The food is fantastic! However, I would appreciate it if the employees could provide the time, price, or even a simple "thank you" when I place my order over the phone, instead of just hanging up after I give my phone number. It would also be nice if they could say "hold on for one minute" instead of just "hold." But once again, the food really is excellent!

I'm rating this place a 3, but it’s usually fantastic. Unfortunately, this time my turkey burger was messed up, the bun was burnt, there was hardly any lettuce, and I didn't even get any onions. My lemon pepper wings were drenched in grease. I was really disappointed on this visit. I wonder if they have a new cook.

I went by the menu online and when I called to make an order I was charged $15 additional dollars. The music that was playing had so much vulgar language. I was offended. I also was told my overpriced food would be ready in 20-25 minutes and I had to prepay over the phone. My food was not ready when I arrived 45 minutes later. The food was basic and not worth the drive or price.

Today was a BAD EXPERIENCE with 901 wings???? the food wasn 't cooked properly wasn 't done, no taste i wish i had checked before leaving, but was in a rush. I was disappointed???? my grandkids food was the same...SMH!!! WASTED MONEY wont happen again, for sure!! 0stars
