901 Wings - Southaven

My sister and I decided to go get lunch at 901 wings today. We checked the orders and as my sister was telling the cashier what the problem was the young lady in the back ask what happened. The cashier told the young lady what happened so her not knowing I was still in the restaurant she blurted out THEY IN THE MF BAG IF SHE CHECKED IT We have been coming to 901 for years. These young people don't have customer service skills at all.

The service is terrible. they never answered the phone and when I came to the house, there were no customers waiting for it, I saw how the young lady could pass the phone while it was ringing. this has happened more than once, some people are trying to support the business on their lunch break. the young lady on the theke has absolutely no customer service skills that people used on the back profanity and speak very loud were hearing the customers. it didn't bother me personally, but all customers will not be able to overlook how I did it. eating is very nice that I will come like that.

Young people running the square. so rude and unprofessional. I called, she kept me in 15 minutes and hung up. I come to the place to order that she told me 20 minutes and I waited 30 minutes. I told her coke and regular pommes she gave me a sprite and fed me. I am so disappointed by this place. ghetto and unprofessional!

I spent 40 minutes trying to contact them to call in an order, the phone was busy for 55 calls, rang 3 times, just for the child to tell me that it'll be 30 minutes for my order to be ready and I'M OUTSIDE OF THE RESTAURANT!!!! I drove on the highway wanting to place my order so it'll be ready when I got here but now I'm waiting outside for 30 minutes to pay them $39. They've gotta do better. I just drove from Collierville THE ENTIRE TIME TRYING TO CALL THIS PLACE!!!! When I mentioned the phone being busy for 30 minutes to the child that answered the phone, she laughed. This isn't a laughing matter, I really should've just bypassed them. For me, if I could it would be zero stars today!!!!

The food is good but the phone customer service is absolutely terrible. They never answer the phone and when they do decide to answer, they put you on hold for over 15 min. I've been there picking up food and seen them take the phone off the hook and just leave it to avoid calls.
