Zizzi Southampton City Centre

No one recognized us when we came in, even though two employees came by us. after 5 minutes standing someone came to help although they had no booking for us. I showed the email confirmation and they managed to find us a table on the back, which was loud and on the kitchen. no excuse. service was very slow, nobody even asked if we wanted a drink and we had to ask for almost everything we wanted. the food was okay, but the overall experience brought us back here, as I heard good things about zizzi and was looking forward to our evening. overall very disappointing

Eating was great and was decent portioning when something overpriced.

Very loud, very cramped and felt like an almost food restaurant. service was very good, but eating was best in average, pasta over boiled and sauce tasted like something from a glass of tesco. the personal was friendly.

This was my 1st date night with my wife, since her birthday 5 months ago when we came here last! Every time we come the service is very good!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!
