Tortilla - Southampton

A staple of mine. I walk up and say I 'm coeliac and theres no confused faces, no wot dis? Just immediate comprehension, clean hands and a quick reminder of how to download the allergens menu. I always order the burrito bowl and I 've never been disappointed.

Went to the Tortilla in West Quay, absolute ripe off. We were given the dregs of the bottom of the bowls and because my daughter is a vegetarian she was hardly given anything in her burrito. When we asked if this was correct, the manager Matt just raised his eyes. He was very rude. A complete waste of money.

Ordered the large chicken burrito with most of the fillings, freshly made and still warm. Ordered on deliveroo.

Loved the food, but the service was very slow, largely down to the manageress deciding it was more important to do a stock count rather than serve the lunch rush hour, can't even imagine how her staff must have felt, as they were working as hard as they could

Never disappointed with the burritos, best in Southampton. Always spot on and tastes amazing, nothing but praise for this place.
