I made a reservation, but when I arrived, the restaurant was closed! I noticed another reviewer had a similar experience. The owner's explanation was that it was their annual holiday. Why did they accept my booking then? It seems like they should have blocked out bookings for that period well in advance. The owner mentioned that the closure was posted on their website and there was a notice in the window, but this is not true. It was very disappointing and unprofessional.

I hosted a dinner event at this restaurant in September and had a wonderful experience. The pre-arrangements were handled exceptionally well, and the dinner, atmosphere, and staff on the night of the event were outstanding. All of my guests were impressed with the food and the venue, making it a delightful evening for everyone. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the restaurant has now permanently closed. It's a shame because the food was consistently delicious and the atmosphere was always lively. It's puzzling why they have suddenly decided to shut down, especially since the restaurant was always bustling with customers.

Absolutely love it here, been three years running whilst at the boat show, Marco remembers me, which is great, but everyone gets the same special service and excellent food! Martin the Battery guy

The server did not once crack a smile. Very cold. We suspect it was because she detected that we were from North America. We’re Canadian and would have gladly given a very descent tip. Too bad for her. But too bad for us too because she spoiled our evening.
