La Marea a fost o mare surpriză. Vizităm ocazional zona și restaurantele sunt în regulă. La Marea provine din Westchester, unde avem de ales dintre mulți și cu siguranță se încadrează în această categorie. Mâncarea a fost excepțională, iar locul a fost foarte primitor și confortabil. Get the spicy watermelon margarita. Very good food. Hamptons vibes.
The food is poor. The service is not great. Maybe a fun spot for drinks later in the night. We eat early at 7:30 so unsure
Went on a Sunday night before heading back to the city. Place was pleasantly buzzy but we later found it was the leftover scene from a private event. That left just a few tables of patrons with music blasting overhead. Completely unnnecessary. The service was surprising good but the food was just average. No reason to return
Wait staff was very Unknowledgeable about the food as far as ingredients and preparation
Kozu was quite an experience. We went on a Saturday night. The food we ordered was excellent. But they had run out of Sushi- quite unusual for a Japanese place... The servers were very nice but extremely inexperienced and were unable to do the basics i.e. Put in drink orders in a timely fashion, provide plates and silverware, make recommendations on the menu. The chef is doing a marvelous job but he can't do it alone without an experienced serving staff.
