The staff seemed poorly trained; our waitress was rude and even tried to argue that the wine glasses were “clean” despite there being visible red lipstick on three of them right in front of us. To top it all off, when we politely declined to have our plates taken while we were still eating, the busser ignored us, returned moments later, and removed our plates anyway—including one that still had more than half of the meal left. It’s astonishing that this place is still in business. I don’t have the energy to detail everything else that went wrong, but I was incredibly disappointed. Honestly, we would have had a better experience at McDonald's. We voiced our complaints multiple times but were told there was no manager available. Miraculously, when it was time to pay, the manager showed up and offered us a shot, which was a nice gesture, but we declined because we were so let down and disgusted by the entire experience.

If you're not a typical 13-year-old TikTok user, I recommend steering clear of this place. Seriously, if you have ever experienced real food in your life, you'll want to avoid it completely.
