Pelicans Cafe on the Murray

Could be anywhere in the world sitting outdoors on the waterfront watching Dolphins, Pelicans, bird life and boat activity. We live locally and love a walk along the river finishing with great coffee and cake at Pelicans. Constructive criticism would be that some grass under the front tables would make a huge difference.

Although we only had a coffee and a muffin,this place set on the river was just lovely. The coffee was superb,everything was higgledly piggedly which absolutely lent to the charm of this relaxing place,lovely staff too.

Pulled in for a great feed of fish & chips after being out crabbing. Generous serves and cooked to perfection. Plenty of seating outside on the waterfront, plenty of room at the jetty for boats......seagulls very friendly!

We love this place. Great food, friendly service and lovely location on banks of the Murray River. Breakfasts are awesome and coffee great. Lots to watch on the river. Unpretentious but that's its character and charm. A must.
