It was such a breath of fresh air to call a restaurant and have someone answer the phone cheerfully and eager to assist. Elaina and her team at Papa Gino's were incredibly helpful with a large order for a hungry hockey team! Even when she thought she might be running five minutes late, she called to keep me informed. The pizzas were hot and delicious. I highly recommend Elaina; she truly stands out as a diligent worker, which is unfortunately rare these days. Great job to the Yarmouth, MA Papa Gino's!

I ordered four pizzas and a salad, and in just 20 minutes, I arrived in 15 minutes to find my order ready! Maggie was the staff member who assisted us, and she couldn't have been more accommodating. The service was fantastic! Thank you, Maggie!

Never have I ever been spoken to so rudely and disrespectfully as I did tonight. My order was for delivery but somehow got put in as pickup (which I had to wait and hour and a half later to find out when it never showed up). Then when I went to go pick itup, they said they threw it away?! Manager was so rude and unapologetic about the whole thing. Really frustrating anddisappointing situation. Will not order from here again.
