Bear's Smokehouse Express South Windsor

We traveled from the south to celebrate a wedding, and the experience was fantastic! The food was so delicious that I even saved some to take home for my husband, and he loved it too! The meals were affordable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I’ll definitely be adding this restaurant to my must-visit list whenever I'm in a city with one of their locations!

I'm feeling frustrated because I placed an online order for the South Windsor location through Toast Tab (it's 5:20 on a Monday), and I can't get anything that includes KC Sweet BBQ Sauce?! It’s mentioned on every item. I guess I'll have to find another place. I was looking forward to trying this one.

The food here is outstanding! I had half a rib and two sides, and I enjoyed every bite. There are plenty of options to choose from, all at reasonable prices. Overall, a job very well done!

On 7/1/2022 we picked up lunch for about 70 people. The order should be ready at 11:15 a.m., did not get the food until 11:50. In addition, the person who worked on the counter was exposed to his entire back for the food service. This is my personal opinion, not the companies. All said and did people really enjoyed the food.

Always have a great experience here! Meat is always tender and well seasoned! Staff actually pulls out the fatty pieces before putting the best on your tray. Sauces are well balanced. Their beans are amazingly made. Warm sweet and never overwhelming. Love coming here.
