Mcdonald's Bligh Park - South Windsor

I've visited very few good McDonald's locations, most of which have been average or below, so I never felt compelled to write a review. However, this McDonald's has to be the worst I've ever been to. The food tasted old, dry, and nearly cold. Not only did they get my order wrong, but when I went back through the drive-thru for them to fix it, I saw them literally throwing the food to each other—and of course, they missed and ended up giving me dropped food. It was the most uncomfortable behavior to witness in front of customers, and I'm honestly shocked they thought that was acceptable. Disgusting.

McDonald's McCafe in Bligh Park used to be a fantastic spot for morning coffee. Unfortunately, it seems they don't value their employees, which has led to 99% of the longtime staff leaving. I've spent around $3,000 on coffee there this year alone, but it’s time for them to improve how they treat their employees.

Everytime i order from here i never get what i ordered! Today i ordered off uber eats and when i arrived my order was on the receipt and i opened the bags and not one thing in there was what i ordered and of course they do not care. Big family to feed and got 1 pancakes and 1 drink and both of those things i did not even order! So i have a hungry family and as usual i did not get my money back!! DO BETTER!

Your general, run-of-the-mill maccas. Nothing exceptional. Somehow they always mess up orders, but nice people anyway. Ordered 2 hash browns and half an hour later I gave up waiting and asked and they said they forgot to make them, threw in some cookies for the wait. And the coffee is always luke-warm.
