Pizza Hut - South Williamson

I would rate the restaurant 5 stars because the food and staff are consistently excellent. However, I attempted to place an online order due to a 50% discount promotion, but encountered issues with the website all week. I recognize that this is a franchise and they don’t have control over the site, but it ultimately costs them business. The corporate team really needs to address this recurring problem. While the local Pizza Hut is fantastic, the website leaves much to be desired.

When we ordered online, we anticipated a lengthy delivery time since it was the 1st of the month and the staff might be short. After placing our order, we received a call informing us that the delivery could take up to an hour, which we were fine with. However, shortly after that call, I received a text saying our order was out for delivery. Surprisingly, just 16 minutes after placing the order, it arrived, delivered by the business manager herself. She was very pleasant and professional.

It’s so much better now! The food is always served hot and quickly. They should consider offering a reward program, like buy 8 pizzas and get one free.

On-line they ordered them back called because they have no pizza crust. changed the order and it was ready when I got there
