I did not enjoy the vegan salmon at all. The texture was unpleasant and the rice was very sticky. The soy sauce was also overly salty.

I was initially intrigued by the restaurant's advertisement for vegan xalmon, a dish I had never encountered before. However, I ended up trying their to-go sushi sets, which were absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend and would definitely return again.

The sushi at this restaurant is exceptionally fresh and delicious! I highly recommend trying the Katsu curry with tofu. A pro tip: don't miss out on the Shiitake warriors at the counter, they are amazing.

It's a chain, mainly sushi. Prefabricated and clearly characterized what is vegan. As good as it is available in the fast food world and one of the best fast lunches.

I think the vegan salmon was really terrible. It had a terrible gel texture and the rice was really sticky. Soy sauce was too salty. #Veganuary
