Kfc South Shields Uk - South Tyneside

I had a very typical KFC experience at this restaurant. The chicken was delicious and there was a good variety of sides to choose from. There was plenty of parking available outside and the staff were friendly. I also thought that Chrissy's burger looked amazing.

I was disappointed to find that my order was missing a piece of chicken for the second time in a row at this restaurant. This has happened to me frequently at this specific KFC location, and although I wouldn't usually complain about one missing item, it has become a recurring issue. My wife enjoys KFC so we keep coming back, but I called to complain and nobody answered, which has also been a common occurrence. This kind of problem has never happened at other KFC locations, so I am puzzled as to why it continues to happen here.

Waiting times at the till can be a pain I've walked out more lately than I have waited to get served 3 waits over 25 mins to place order was always good at drive thro never much of a bother cpl messed up orders wrong sides but nowt major but drive thro is pretty busy and a few deliveroo guys pick up orders it seems the drive thro and the take away is adversely affecting the service to the walk in and restaurant drive through is normally quite quick but check order before you get too far from the place in case of mistakes which can happen

Omg, basically Jenn who was on drive thru, absolute misery, one napkin. No bag, I said to her only one napkin she went yeah.Sorry you need to get rid of half your staff and get them retrained. Attitude shocking and they are serving customers. They need to re rethink on how they speak to people

They could not cook chicken to save their lives really bad and taste old. The service is really bad takes so long u expect the chicken to be fresh but still warm and oily.
