Burger King - South Somerset

We had to make a pit stop while traveling with our baby and chose this restaurant. The car park had minimal signage, leading to chaos with cars entering through the exit. There was a long line for the toilets, which only had two for females, and the view of the men's urinals was not pleasant. The cleanliness of the toilets, tables, and floor left much to be desired, with one customer even complaining about the hygiene in the men's facilities. The server at Burger King seemed indifferent to the situation. To make matters worse, there was dog feces outside that had been stepped in. We ended up eating in the car and left feeling unclean. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and we will not be returning. We are looking forward to reaching our destination and taking a shower.

I have experienced ordering two items and receiving only one twice now. The restaurant is unable to deliver the correct food, and when the wrong food arrives, it is cold and unappetizing. The staff is friendly, but overall the service is disappointing. I hope they can improve.

The young boy on the till takes 1 order. Then he'll go to assist in the preparation of that ONE order, instead of taking the next persons order. I waited 15 mins to have 3 people served before me, I had another 3 people in front of me (another 15 mins). I walked out due to their inefficient wait times.

There was a bad smell in the restaurant which I assume was why the door was left wide open. The chips were barely warm and the whopper burgers were also not hot and left a funny taste in out mouths.

Floors so greasy they present a hazzard, looks like it hasnt been loved scince 1983, actually put me off my food, didnt want to touch anything. Costs more that McDonalds, but offers a far worse experience. Pick up your game!
