Mcdonald's - South Sioux City

We were made to wait for 23 minutes after ordering our food, and when we finally received it, we discovered several mistakes. Despite attempting to call attention to the errors, we were unable to reach anyone for assistance or receive a callback. Our order was incomplete and items were mixed up. Additionally, our pancakes were missing and we were given the wrong drinks.

We waited 10 minutes for our food at this restaurant, even though we were in a hurry. Unfortunately, the bacon on my burger was dry and my fries were cold. When I asked to speak with the manager, they were too busy talking. I don't plan on returning to this restaurant again.

This McDonald's in Sioux area is by far the worst I've been to. I ordered breakfast and they forgot several items in my order. The McMuffin was burnt on one side and they always mess something up whenever I visit.

Collect the wrong order total for someone else was 25 and my order came to $11.52 asked me to pay for it and they will refund me, with 12 in cash paid and the rest on the card, then they did not refund me and recharge my card for $11.52 and did not get the money back. now they will not answer their filial phone
