Lee's Family Bakery - South Shields

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly and well-informed about their vegan options. They have recently added vegan sausage rolls to their menu, which are absolutely scrumptious - possibly even better than the ones from Greggs! They also offer vegan shortbread in the shape of dinosaurs and unicorns, which is a fun and tasty treat. Additionally, they have delicious vegan bread available. I highly recommend this place to all vegans and non-vegans alike.

However, they store a pack of fruity cookies and the still vegan dinosaur biscuit.

I love this place. the personal is so friendly and knowledgeable, which products are vegan. they have recently started selling vegan sausage rolls that are extremely tasty (can even be better than greggs! and vegan shortbread dinosaurs and unicorns. vegan brot is also available, which is very delicious also! deffo recommend this place. updated by previous review on 2019-04-29

Amazing variety or eating, wonderful personal and low cost

Beautiful, an independent bakery at a place like shields offer vegan options. lady serve confuse gluten free with vegan first until I declare. my muffins were pretty flat. all cakes together stored in the same shelf, so risk of cross-contamination.
