Costa Coffee - South Shields

I really enjoy this place for picking up meals with family and friends. The staff is friendly, the service is excellent, and they offer great drinks and snacks.

This charming little café located next to Next in South Shields offers a wide selection of food and drinks, making it the perfect spot to relax after treating yourself or a loved one at the store. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the place is always clean, although the chairs are a bit worn and the tables are tiled. Restrooms are also available for customers. It’s a great café if you want to study or read a book. It’s one of my favorite spots in South Shields!

I was only on this costa twice. I have to mention the leaders of the spatialities. he was kind to welcome everyone when they arrived. he made sure they had a clean table and a safe place. he worked tirelessly efficiently, organized the staff during the chat and participating in new and sitting customers. Unfortunately, 2 women were at the "sold" where you sit and complain. not even the young lost his polite, friendly disappointment. I worked in the customer and sales industry. it is nice to see some places to make sure that the customer service has its number 1 priority.

Absolutely gorgeous coffee and hotchocolate. The best hotchocolate is round about Christmas time when they bring out the mint hotchocolate with a little candy cane
