Mcdonald's - South San Francisco

I placed an order online and picked it up at the store. It was ready just as I arrived at the counter. Very quick and efficient service!

Among all the McDonald's in the area, we make the drive from Gellert to this location specifically because of their outstanding service! We often visit on Saturday nights between 6 and 8. We were just there earlier tonight! Jony and his young colleague (I didn't catch his name) were both incredibly polite and helpful, even though it was extremely busy. If any upper management happens to read this, please recognize the team at this location. They are the reason we continue to choose McDonald’s!

One of the staff members, Bernard Hardy, provided excellent hospitality. He inquired about my day, offered extra napkins at my table without me having to ask, and followed up on how I was enjoying my meal. He even waved goodbye as I was leaving! I've never had such a positive experience at a McDonald's before.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered five of the exact same thing, burgers with no cheese or onions. I got four with everything, including cheese and onions and one with no meat. This was in the drive-through and it took ten minutes to get myorder. Now I?m inside waiting for them to fix it. It?s been 15 minutes. This is by far the worst service I?ve ever received at aMcDonalds, which are usually well run.

Be aware that some franchise locations are reusing frying oil so much that one can smell the rancid oil in the food even before tasting it. I threw away my chicken nuggets after being nauseated from eating a few ? This Westbrough location appears one ofthe worst offenders of this. Also, at Westbrough location you will only get three sauces per 10 piece nuggets. Additional cost25 cents or more. All this sums up why this location was a ghost town at busy rush hour, dinner time. The Airport blvd, SSF andMillbrae are the better of the McD locations.
