First time trying Jollibee and nothing tasted good enough for me to want to come back. Nothing against this particular restaurant. They did a good job taking care of the many customers they had in line. Food was just regular fast food. They wereout of chicken tenders and that's what I really wanted to try but I got the chicken sandwich and it was on par with KFC if I hadto compare.

This location has the slowest service I've ever experienced. After waiting 15 minutes for my three-piece order, I decided to cancel it. I had dined here once before and found the service to be slow, but I thought it was just an off day. However, this time, everyone inside seemed tired, frustrated, and bored while waiting. Dining out is supposed to be a pleasant experience! I highly recommend going to the Daly City or Serramonte locations instead. Even if they're farther away, you’ll likely have time to order and eat your meal before you would receive your food at this place due to the long wait.

In my opinion, this place serves the best fried chicken. It's consistently crispy, hot, and fresh. The selection of food is impressive as well. It's truly a paradise for Filipino comfort food. And just a heads-up, no biscuits here—Filipinos prefer rice, and Jollibee is all about that Filipino soul food. So please, don’t ask for biscuits!

I ordered takeout online and they initially forgot my rice. However, they were very accommodating and provided me with an entirely new order, including the rice, at no charge within less than an hour after I submitted my customer feedback survey.
