The food here is really amazing. Some of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten. Bread is fresh and the ingredients are also. The meatball sandwich is big and delicious. Your crab sandwiches should die. I wanted to try something else and I was excited to find another big sandwich place. This is a must try when you are in the area of San Fran.

I can't believe how rude these people are when I asked for something. The girl helped me refuse to get the manager on a simple question, then the tip I get my order and it was wrong. Don't worry, I'll never get back here customer service is missing everywhere.

Maybe the best bread I ever had, the rest was great and it was served quickly. Will be back

Get the Sleeper Sandwich and ask for spicy OG Darby Dan Stammes will recognize this taste as their earlier sandwich that has been made less sharp over the years.

I make it a point to stop at Darby Dan's whenever I'm in the area. They do sandwiches and there is a grill as well for burgers and such.
