Mcdonald's Restaurants - South Ribble

I have visited this restaurant a few times lately. Every time I have been there, there has been chaos with young people causing trouble and the panic alarm going off. Since they started doing deliveries, the service has become very slow and the food arrives cold. It seems like they are not prepared for delivery orders. The overall experience has been chaotic, intimidating, and the service has been appalling.

Dont try ringing the number of the Leyland McDonalds if you have a problem, it does work. First time they made a few mistakes with my delivery order I let it go. But this I am very upset and annoyed. Not often get to see...my twin grandsons for tea, as they love McDonald I ordered on laine even after last time when the made a mess of the order. Lo and behold they did it again, completely messed up one child cannot eat garnish so requested without, got a burger with full garnish which went in the bin, the other requested chill sauce (both these are on the receipt) and got no dips at all. two upset little boys, two upset grandparents, then they had the cheek to put on a service charge what service?? Tried to ring, number does not excist, will never use again and request a refil when I go in guns blazing tomorrow. ALL I CAN SAY IS DO NOT USE MCDONALDS FOR DELIVERY. The receipt that came with the order states chilli sauce .

Called the store which proved impossible to get sauce etc taken off as I wanted. Asked me to ring the uber driver later. What a joke. Told them to keep the money and not bother bringing it which they were more than happy to do....12.99 for nothing. Thanks McDonald's. Won't ever order from here again. AVOID

Terrible experience. My order was completely wrong - I received 4 chicken nuggets instead of 6, the sauces were incorrect, and the fries were cold. On top of that, I didn't even order chicken nuggets to begin with.

My experience at the restaurant was awful. They only gave me 5 chicken nuggets instead of 6, my fries were cold, they didn't provide the correct sauces, and there was no ice in my drink.
