Little Caesars Pizza - South Point

This use to be such a good little ceasars, but it seems as if it had really gone last year hills, I am a pretty understanding person being I worked eating most of my life, but parked and told 5 minutes and I was there for closer to half an hour for 2 lunch offers during the lunchtime! Then there is another chance tonight, 2 pizzas, 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni. Oh, it's gonna be an 8-minute waiting for cheese AFTER we paid. So we decided to take no, just take 2 pepperoni, girl refunded whole order, invite us for a pizza and we say her no, misunderstanding we need 2 pepperoni she said, oh it will wait one. It's 5:22 AM DINNER TIME and you guys are not ready to your hot and finished standards. No one in front of us, 1 parking lot and 4 behind us. Either the bad management took over the store or the current managers just don't care. Shame.

Located on the south of Ohio. The drive thru was secured, so I went in. Once inside stood there for 15 minutes while they cleared the drive, still had to scream back, as no one even harassed the front counter, although it worked a girl who looked at me several times while playing on her phone. When the woman finally got into the front counter, she was more interested in how long I stood there instead of taking my order, essentially refused to take my order because I was quite upset at that time. Needless to say that really p*sued me out so that I just told her I would go somewhere else, so due to this extremely unpleasant and rude experience not only will I never spend another dollar in this place, I will never spend another dollar at any small Caesar S location again, period. I understand that there is a shortage of workers, but there is no excuse for the behavior of those you find. I would save your money or order a Gino or Giovanni? s Pizza at least they still have good pizza and good customer service!!!

Came through the ride at 8:00. We place our order and the lady who works the drive thru is not very friendly. She says it'll take 10-15 minutes. We let them know that it's good that we'll wait. She accepts the payment and asks us to pull the curb out soon. After 40 minutes of waiting I finally call the store bc there is a line in the drive thru now. And they don't even know what's going on with my order. Terrible service waiting too long. Some people have eaten what wasn't.

This is the best small ceasars in Ohio they are beautiful and the food is always fresh out of the oven do not drive to Huntington for soggy or burnt pizza good the additional gas to get fresh pizza!!!

Friendly employees and the food is very good. They are very busy but still didnt have to wait long for our food.
