Wendy's - South Pasadena

The wait at this restaurant is always long, I'm surprised they are able to stay in business.

I was very disappointed with our sandwiches as they were messy and we had to wait a long time. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

We ordered our food and were the third in line, but when we pulled forward to receive our order, it was missing. Although I understood that it was a busy job, I was disappointed that we didn't receive fresh fries. None of the staff apologized for the wait, and one person even kept us waiting while she finished her phone conversation before giving us our food.

I would actually give Wendy's 3 stars if they can get our order right without us having to go through it. The food is always decent, but it's frustrating when it's not what we ordered. They should consider upgrading their drive-through intercom system or hiring employees who are fluent in English.

The fish sandwich was dry, lacked flavor, and was overcooked. The bun was fresh, but overall, it is not recommended. Additionally, the pull-out window does not have a roof covering, so if it rains while you're there, your food will get wet.
