The Habit Burger Grill - South Pasadena

I have never been a huge fan of Habit Burger, but I have to say that this particular location has the best and friendliest customer service I've ever experienced at any fast food place. Every employee I've interacted with has been incredibly nice and helpful. The restrooms are always clean, and they even have outdoor heaters for the customers.

The food here is excellent! I always enjoy the specials. However, the dining room is consistently very cold. On a rainy day, I found it to be warmer sitting outside.

I ordered a Santa Barbara Burger, but they ended up giving me the wrong order. I didn’t realize it until I got home. However, the food was still delicious! Overall, the food there is amazing.

If you schedule an order 40 minutes ahead they still have you wait 20 minutes for the food. Good luck getting your money back if it was placed online, they don 't do that, you have to call the phone number .Update (to reply) why? So you can waste more of my time?

Burgers are average. Good menu choices. Good amount of shared parking. Staff was friendly. Do question staff not always washing their hands after coming in from throwing trash from outside or doing outside work.
