Costa Coffee - South Oxfordshire

Such bad service and rude staff! Got my drink completely wrong. I told the young server but was so arrogant and rude. The name was Chloe I think. Wouldn’t recommend! Get your coffee elsewhere

My experience at this restaurant was not very enjoyable. It wasn't terrible, but it also wasn't very pleasant. The service was subpar, the drinks were disappointing, and the overall atmosphere felt worn down. I will most likely choose to dine elsewhere the next time I am in Didcot.

Ordered 2 drinks which took nearly 10 minutes to appear. Customers after us received theirs first. The queue was to the door. Looks like they're too interested in taking orders rather than customer satisfaction. No clean tables. If Costa Didcot had any idea then they would supply somewhere for the customer to clear their tables. Such an appalling shop with no leadership. Starbucks from now on.

Just poor service, empty in the cafe but refused to give me a mug? I paid £3.70 to drink out of a paper cup when I asked several times for a mug? Apparently they can’t be bothered to clear tables and so don’t give out mugs, I pointed out that this is a massive waste of plastic and most of the plastic cups won’t be recycled as they’re going in the landfill bin not recycling. But they weren’t having it? Why can’t you just pay for a drink and get it in a mug? Next time I’ll go to Starbucks or Boswell around the corner as they always give out mugs for drink in.

Compared to my visit three weeks ago on a Saturday, this restaurant has shown great improvement. All empty tables were promptly and efficiently cleared by a young blonde girl, who I assume is new staff as I haven't seen her before. It was nice to see everything tidied up quickly, making the restaurant more inviting upon entry. Well done, Costa.
