Papillon 25 - South Orange

This restaurant needs to improve the quality of service for the prices they are charging. Despite its classy appearance, the service was awful. We hosted a party in the two back rooms on Saturday 8/3 at around 7:00 and it was uncomfortably hot due to the AC being locked by the owner. Guests had to ask for water and serve themselves, which was not acceptable. Additionally, there was a mix-up with an order of sweet potato fries, which were served as regular fries instead. The food took over an hour to arrive, causing some guests to leave before everyone could eat together. While the server was friendly, the overall experience was disappointing. The restaurant needs to make improvements in order to justify their prices.

I have been a loyal customer of Paps for many years. The staff, bartenders, atmosphere, food, drinks, and parking are all fantastic. There is no drama, the drinks are made with care, and there is always engaging conversation to pass the time. Terdoo, Blanca, Alex, Austin, Jaime, and Claude all bring this place to life, and I will continue to support them for years to come.

I decided to visit Papillon 25 after work to relax. Terdoo and Blanco really made my night, and it was just what I needed. I look forward to returning and supporting these ladies!
