Kfc - South Ogden

I'm writing this review while I'm on my 50th minute waiting for my order. I checked 20 minutes ago. They said they were waiting for chicken to cook. I didn't realize it took this long to cook chicken at a fast food restaurant. I will be staying away. The worst service I have encountered. I will never be back. Stay away!

Workers had terrible attitudes and poor customer service. for being the only car in the drive thru it took way too long to receive our food. We ordered 2 famous bowls, one came with only 3 nuggets, barely any gravy and the other was overflowing with gravy. Saucy nuggets had barely anything on them. Will not be ordering from this location.

They should open the doors at 10. Open sign is on but doors are still locked.

I went in to KFC on 36th and man as one of our family’s favorite all time place and had the worst service ,food and poor customer service took over 45 minutes to get an 8 pieces chicken with 2 Sides a famous bowl with extra gravy (not) and there was no CHICKEN in it and ordered 3 pcs chicken strips said they took about 7 minutes to cook I got home and.found a mess on my order so 50 45 mins A call to a Day Manager I was able to connect with Levi and the other Team Player and as a power team they convinced me that that was not going to be my last trip in they completely placed an order for me in a timely manner and it was above and beyond Great Customer Service so a big thanks to the day teammate Levi as well as his team player kept a very long and loyal customer so thanks again KFC

I waited 10 minutes at the front for an online order. Finally, someone decided to check on the guy standing at the front trying to get anyone's attention (I made eye contact with at least 4 employees). Another 5 minutes and they gave me the food at last.
