The York St Deli - South Melbourne

I usually stop by this restaurant for a satisfying takeout lunch during a hectic work day about every two weeks. They offer a wide variety of options and although I haven't tried it myself, my coworkers rave about the carbonara. The vegetable pasta was tasty, although it could have been enhanced with some parmesan. The only improvement I can suggest for this cafe is to start accepting EFTPOS payments.

This restaurant is a great option for a fast and affordable lunch, offering delicious sandwiches and home-cooked Greek/Italian dishes. The service is quick and the portions are very generous. However, the coffee is just average compared to other cafes in South Melbourne.

The chicken sandwich and rice cakes at this restaurant are delicious. I have visited twice and the service is always friendly and pleasant.
