Edith's Market - South Lyon

Well known for nearly 50 years, Mike always treated much.

We live in the neighborhood and this market is a jewel in our area. We lived here for 5 years before I tried her spinach pipe, it's as good as I had somewhere. Very light flaky phyllo dough and delicious spinach/feta filling. We often get it. The lasagna is also very good. Mike the owner is very friendly, I think he knows more than 75% of his customers personally. It is so beautiful in this day and age that you are greeted with your name when you are in!

Make sure you stop and spend your money here, and say hi to Mike, this place needs and deserves hour business, and try the food, made by his wife, in the deli counter.

It might look like a hole in the wall. But this family run store is a local gem. Mike knows everyone who is anyone in the area and can direct you to any number of services.
