Mcdonald's - South Lockport

Don’t order at this McDonald’s if there’s a local sport event, or they’ll cancel your order. Just had that happen and was told it was due to curbside being closed. Then why was it an option?

Drew thru and food was very good plus ready on time!!

Used app to get free fry with $2 purchase...only gave me the 2 items I paid for. Would not Give me free fry. I gave them the code number again. They said no good its already been used.i Said yes.. on the free fry! Still would not give me free fry. I asked for refund..they would rather refund $5 worth of food and throw it away instead of giving me a fry!

Like most times, I should have made sure the food in the bag matched my order. Shouldn't be my responsibility, but I know better. Like most places around here, always check to make sure they gave you what you ordered.

My father and I went through the drive thru and he had to pay for somebody else's order which was way more than ours.
