Subway - South Laurel

I had a fantastic experience! I stopped by to grab a sub for lunch, and I was impressed by how clean the store was. The staff greeted me warmly and assisted me with a friendly attitude. My sub was fresh and delicious, and I will definitely return to this location.

We had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. Over the last six months, I've visited various Subway locations, and each one has its own unique charm, with fantastic staff who represent the brand well. I particularly enjoy this location not only for its inviting atmosphere but also because it's conveniently close. The staff here are exceptionally friendly, and their customer service is excellent.

I absolutely love their meatball sub—it's the only one I'll order when I dine there. I'm sure the other subs are great too. Additionally, their service is consistently excellent.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. I used to eat here regularly while working in the shopping center. While the customer service and the restaurant itself are fine, I've had the unfortunate experience of finding a bug crawling out of my sub on two separate occasions.

Online, it states that the restaurant closes at 10:30 PM on Mondays. However, on January 9, 2017, I attempted to enter at 9 PM only to find the door locked. When I knocked, a woman informed me that they were closed. Additionally, the cookies have consistently been too hard, so I've stopped purchasing them. I plan to file a complaint first thing tomorrow, as every time I visit, the staff has been exceptionally rude.
