The Kittoch -hungry Horse

The only reason 3stars for atmosphere it was just before 12 so was starting to fill up as we left.The two classics for £11.99 were delicious, fish and chips with mushy peas and Steak and ale pie with chips and garden peas ,the lad who served us was very apologetic about no Mexican pasta left but the fish n chips was a good back up...changed the atmosphere to 5 stars ,popped in at five at night for quick meal and drink b4 heading back home,although every table booked,they fitted us in and fed us delicious food..spot on...

Nice family place except when showing football can be very noisy especially if you have kids with you

The food is excellent, prices are fair, and the service is good.

Very slow service took over an hour between servings. Due to this the kids got frustrated,tired and couldn't eat their main meal or dessert. Dishes lay on table before next serving came. My steak was extremely tough, 3 prawns on top and very little else apart from cold chips and bland coleslaw on the side. All meat and pasta looked and tasted overheated by Mr ping, the microwave. It may sound good value for money but what you get is what you pay for.

I went to the bar area and Jemma served me. She was very friendly and provided excellent service.
