(You can park for FREE on Saturdays for 3 hours, anything more and you need to pay. Sundays are always FREE for the full day. I have visited this particular restaurant on various occasions. It can be easily located at the Upper Mall, Centre West. Staff are welcoming when they can be found! You often need to track one down. The seating areas are typical for this type of restaurtant-booths and small tables. The restaurant is relatively clean, could be better. Between sittings staff will give the tables a quick wipe over. At times food can be found on the floor and chairs. I tend to choose the buffet option for food as I can self select what I would like to eat. Depending on the day of the week you visit and the staff on shift, will determine how quickly the pizzas are replaced at the buffet. At times there has been a que of people hovering around waiting for fresh pizza to be served. Being vegetarian, it can sometimes be a struggle to fill your plate as meat eaters also enjoy the veggie pizza options and they disappear quickly. For the buffet options you can choose from a range of pizza, pasta, salads and dips. The pasta is always piping hot, and the salad is fresh. Drinks are unlimited so you can choose lots of different flavours from the self service machine. Over all the food is full of flavour. Unless you need help, you have peace and quiet to eat your meal without anyone rushing you. Generally there is always a table available when you go. For a cheap and cheerful lunch you can't ask for much more.
The flat prosecco and stingy pour did not impress my wife, setting a negative tone for our visit to this nearly empty restaurant. The staff seemed disinterested, possibly due to the odd menu items like the beef and horseradish pizza. The addition of Lotus Biscoff to the cheesecake left us puzzled, as did the overall predictable and lackluster food. It seems like this restaurant may have missed the mark with its brand formula, as evidenced by the lack of customers and disappointing experience.
The restaurant offers excellent service in a clean and inviting atmosphere, with delicious food. It is an ideal spot for a lunch gathering with friends or family.
Today I went to Pizza Hut with friends for a quick lunch. We ordered an all American thin pizza, but the staff were very rude and were always staring which made us feel uncomfortable. Once our Pizza arrived it was uncooked and not pleasant to eat. I would not pay this again but if I do I would ask for my money back pronto.
Three of us went in to take a break from shopping, and found the weekday daytime buffet on offer. This includes all-you-can-eat pizza, pasta and salad, all for £6.99. The downside is that it 's only on what the staff put out for you, so if you don 't particularly like what 's on the buffet counter, you 'll have to go for the main menu. We stuck with the buffet, but did order a couple of sides, onion rings and garlic bread with cheese. For whatever reason, 80% of the pizzas on offer were deep-pan (we like thin and crispy). A new thin pizza came out a little later. I 've got to say that the pizzas were perfectly acceptable, with good toppings. The bolognaise pasta was great, and was kept very hot, much better than the tepid ones I 've had before. Refillable drinks at £2.55 meant the whole meal was great value. Only down-side was the staff. I know it was between Christmas and New Year, but this lot looked as though they 'd been dragged into work in chains. The sides we ordered were brought fairly quickly, but there was no smile-for-the-customers on show at all, that is until I asked for the bill. I 'd like to go back here again for the food and value, but I hope the staff are in a better mood next time.
