Papa John's Pizza - South Lanarkshire

Ordered an XXL with stuffed crust and they wrapped the cheese in the crust so thick it didn't cook. The driver updated the food as having been delivered over 20 mins before he actually got here, I assume so the store can present false metrics about how quick their service is. When it actually got here it was lukewarm at best. The toppings were completely tasteless this time too. I've had decent service from this branch but this completely put me off ever ordering again. 20 odd quid for raw dough and cold chicken wings.

I ordered a pizza online and 20 minutes later I received a call informing me that it may take up to 2 hours for the delivery. I decided to cancel and requested a refund, only to be told that it could take up to 5 days to process.

I usually order from the Hamilton location regularly and typically enjoy their pizza. However, today's experience was disappointing. The XXL Greek pizza had very few toppings, making it feel like I was just eating a piece of bread. The Create Your Own pizza lacked a cheese mix, or if there was any, it was merely a dusting. Additionally, both extra thin crusts were unevenly cooked, with some parts being thick while others were nearly burnt. Furthermore, the pizzas were only lukewarm when they arrived. Overall, I was very disappointed with the quality of the food and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

I placed an order for delivery at 1:35am, well in advance of the delivery cut-off time. However, the male manager refused to send out any more deliveries at this time, claiming it was already 1:45am when it was actually 1:35am. I have ordered deliveries as late as 1:45am in the past without any issues, so I was surprised by his unwillingness to deliver at this time. His attitude was also very poor and unprofessional. Given that we spend hundreds of pounds per year at this branch, we expect better service.

First time ordering and we got a long blonde hair in our chicken bbq pizza. Phoned to complain and got a half heart apology. Would you like another pizza? no i'd rather be offered a refund.
