Contribuiți la feedbackPre booked New years eve dinner for 2,added 1x person Gluten and wheat intolerant.Sat down in restaurant, ordered drinks then told no Gluten free food whatsoever!!Both of us were very upset as previously we d had a super meal there before, myself having gluten free meal,no problem. My boyfriend then offered me his food so had to explain -i couldn't eat it,so I ordered side dish Eggfried rice.So went to bar to complain, eventually the chef agreed to do Tofo with Satay sauce.I explained I was a chef for 35 yrs and I couldn't understand why they co uldn't just add,Pork, chicken, beef or King Prawns to a rice dish?I've been wheat free for 3yrs ,follow Dr William Davies, and worked at a hotel preparing gluten free for 5yrs.This is not difficult. One small area, own crockery ,cutlery, toaster, and if that space ,in that kitchen stays gf,then that space should be always free to prep gf menu?I know this sounds stupid-but I enjoyed doing different menus for clients, high carb, vegan ECT was an exiting challenge for me,never bothered me in the slightest.I find it weird there is so much ignorance here in the U.K.
Gluten free options marked on the menu, I eat here regularly and have never been ill.
While visiting the lakes, we dined at this restaurant and enjoyed the delicious food and friendly service. The only downside was that it was a bit pricey.
This is the best Thai meal I have ever had. I enjoyed the sweetcorn fritters, green Thai curry, and sorbet. The food was really delicious. I also appreciate that they offer non-alcoholic options.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic. I have been to Thailand and I must say that the flavors here are just as good as those in a traditional Thai restaurant in Thailand. The use of fresh ingredients really makes you feel great.
