Heathen Vegan - South Lakeland

Last night, we had our anniversary meal delivered to our door right on time, and with a smiling face. The Vietnamese-inspired caramelized tofu, carrot and cashew salad, and lemon and chia seed cheesecake were all delicious. They were not only tasty and original, but also presented beautifully. The cheesecake was especially outstanding. The portions were so generous that we were able to reheat them the next day and enjoy them all over again. Their website is user-friendly and informative. They use compostable packaging and offer recycling. Julia and Tim, your food and service are exceptional.

The curries at The Union are incredibly delicious, all made from scratch and full of authentic flavors. I highly recommend trying them during the week.

This restaurant serves the best vegan food I have ever eaten. Tim and Julia are the perfect chef and front of house team.

We had a meal from them at the Waterside one friday night and thought that the food was really interesting and immediately booked for the next month to try out the next months menu. I wouldn't be surprised if we aren't eating here once every month.

My family and I went for a Mother's day meal here today and it was amazing, couldn't have asked for more. Friendly hosts, delicious food, lovely surroundings we'll definitely be back!
