The Rhode House Cafe - South Kingstown

I would give this restaurant negative stars for their service if I could. I have never been to a place where the staff was so outrageously rude and had such ridiculous charges. I purchased a bottled tea and they wanted to charge me $3.50 for a cup to pour it into. When I decided to forget about it, the owner completely lost their temper and started yelling across the restaurant. After waiting for 25 minutes, I checked on my order only to find out that they hadn't even started it. I will never return to this restaurant and will never spend my money here again. It was absolutely awful.

The food is flavorless and lacks the authentic taste of Dominican cuisine. It's hard to believe they're charging 9 dollars for a serving of fries. Lol, outrageous.

The pork chimichangas at this restaurant are tasty, but they do not have regular hours of operation. They do not even redirect their phone calls to their cell phones to inform customers before they arrive. I was informed just the day before that they would be open at 12pm the next day. However, when I arrived at 12:30, they were still closed.

EXTRAORDINARY! Came to town for the weekend for a concert and decided to try the local restaurant. The staff was incredibly inviting and pleasant, the food was fresh and delicious. Called for pick up, food was ready in a timely manner and we decided to eat in the restaurant due to the welcoming environment! 10/10
