Eating came cold . immediately phoned take away to say, cooked hot and no delivery driver and would have to take me back. so I have. teller and take them in the hand. only to find a bad delivery driver, did not sit there. his fault. argument as claimed food hot, but was stone cold begged to say food temperature thermometer, I need to eat it outside the order of a chinese. at this point ignored me and went on the phone, so I went and addressed kitchen that tried to tell me hot again I asked for food temperature measurement amazingly no given. finally given money back . scandal

Certainly near the top of the list of Chinese meals I have eaten. really fresh delicious eating, attentive service, relaxed atmosphere. will be back as soon as we are released.

I did not use this takeaway by foodhub and put an order on holy evening. this takeaway should be saved to the boxing day. the order went through and paid. after about half an hour I received a text, followed shortly after a call. I was told that the order could not be delivered as I was too far away. this was after entering my postcode on the foodhub app and showed that this takeaway will deliver to my area. they said I had to collect or my money would be refunded in 3-5 days. with this time of the year associated with the numerous celebrations that this may have meant, I would not get the £50 back until the week with the 4th january. (I have the money 2 weeks later on the 7th) they refused the order with foodhub before they talked to me. they then went on to say that they were too busy to deliver, which means they initially claimed that I was too far away. I explained that I couldn't collect because I couldn't drive and because the order had been canceled before I gave myself the opportunity to collect it would cost 50 pounds. I said it wasn't acceptable. they then said they could not fulfill the order because they had not received the money from foodhub and could not afford to fulfill it now. then they said they would call foodhub to see my payment. I said they would call me back tonight to let me know what would be devastating if I could eat my food or get a refund in much more timely or even a gesture of goodwill. I was told and I clarified it with them again. I didn't get a call back. I was £50 outside the bag over the Christmas and New Year period, with £50 was a considerable amount for us we have no more £50 to buy another takeaway from anywhere as it is christmas. that means not only that it ruined our holy evening with the stress and waited for a promised call that never came, but we have not now ruined our food catering for boxing day, so another planned day. After working in a customer service background for more than 25 years, including my own business in this area, I find the whole scenario an absolute scandal. I'm not out of Grantham and this business has discarded the call of men of Grantham and the industry as a whole. to work and treat their customers so much, especially during christmas and these terrible times we go through is an absolute scandal. they should be ashamed, the owners of herrn man and herrn pang, Chinese restaurant, grantham. I called on Saturday the 9th jan and was promised to call one of the dame I spoke the next day, but that never happened to wait another day. the day after that I got a call, but not the one I spoke with, and they apologized, but said it wasn't their fault! she said she would talk to the owner who obviously could not be disturbed to speak to me. she called back and said it wasn't due again and there was no excuse. do what they want with these factual information. disgraceful

This was by far the best chinese takeaway we've had in years, honestly fantastic. Delivered within the hour, and the food was absolutely delicious the chilli beef was perfectly crispy and I highly recommend the smoked chicken starter. I was extremely impressed and I...have had my fair share of takeaways! The meat all looked and tasted good quality and the meal as a whole was well worth the price. Absolutely loved it. Also got free prawn crackers which were lovely!!
