Chick-fil-a - South Jordan

Honestly surprised, drive through took 35 min. They must be short staffed or something. Very unlike Chick-fil-A. Hopefully they fix this ops problem soon.

This drive through I absolutely horrible now a days. I have to wait 20+ minutes every time. And now I just waited 30 minutes to get to the pay window. They then say my ordered “didn’t come up” and I wait another 10 minutes in the parking lot to get the completely wrong order. Not coming here anymore. Gone completely downhill.

Drive up didn't get order correct. I had to go in and get a differ3nt one. They had to make it fresh and that made my son late to work. Not a good value for your money. Very expensive. I could go to Chili's and have a better meal for less than here.

Not sure why we are holding meetings in the kids playground? Brought my kid here to play and eat but… they are having a staff meeting during business hours..

I went through the drive through and everything was fine till I had gotten to the window I talked to this young asian women and she took my payment and was very kind but when I asked for extra sauses she said in a snarky tone as she gave me two sauses more, “you want more?!?” I said yes I got a 30 piece and she was super disrespectful and said again in a snarky tone “there on the bottom” I do not recommend visiting this location.
