Victoria's Cafe - South Hero

We were a group of 8 Consensus excellent food kids enjoyed the burgers, and for the adults I definitely recommend the duck, it was amazing. Appetizers were great as well. And the service was fantastic.Food: 5/5

Good food and something for everyone. Half the menu is Thai food and half is pub food. We had two curry dishes and the mango stick rice (delicious!)The owners are incredibly nice.The décor is French Cafe meets Thai. Expensive, small portions, under seasoned, over cooked.(edit: I dont see how I can reply to the owners comment so I'll edit this. I live down the street from Victoria's. To be fair to the owners reply, I did go in the fall. I just hop on here from time to time and complete the reviews that google lists for me. It doesn't change how I've felt about the take out experience there for the three times we've gone)

The Pad Thai is probably the best I have ever had! Amazing food.

This is my third time to Victoria’s, twice take out and once I dined in. Its one of the only restaurants open on the Champlain islands after Columbus Day. Thank God!! The food is as good as any you’ll find in a big city. The ingredients are fresh, flavorful and were cooked to perfection each time. The restaurant is small and looks like it’s in someone’s home. It’s very clean however but Not a lot of atmosphere. But it’s about the food, which is outstanding.
