Best fish and chips. Cooked to perfection I'm go again is it under new management. Local ppl it's not closed as someone stated on face book. ITS OPEN FOR BUSINESS. Must go top quality food

I have been coming to this fish chip for for longer than the current owners have been in charge, my parents would bring us up from Plymouth and we would go over the bridge and down to the riverside. At the old age of 62 we happily drive up from Plymouth on an early evening, either the two of us of with the grandkids and get our food. Always a piece of fish and for me a fish cake rather than the chips but the wife will be fish and chips. I can say with absolute honesty I have never been serve anything other than great food, will continue to drive up from Plymouth to buy our fish, chips and fish cake from this shop.

Always a treat, it's the only fish and chip shop we go to on a regular basis. I live close to Ivybridge, 5 minutes drive, where there are several takeaways, but I'd rather drive half an hour to The Silver Grill. The staff are polite and friendly, the food is excellent, no frozen chips here.

We went here when it was chucking it down with rain and we were soaking. The cashier then accommodated us inside where he set up tables and chairs for me and my friends where the room is normally for storage. Prices were standard for a chippy but much better then other places in totnes. great experience would go again if i went to totnes again.

Best fish &chips I’ve eaten in Devon . Always have a large haddock &chips the fish is always succulent and full of flavour the batter is excellent lovely and crunchy and the chips are very good . We travel over from malborough nr salcombe at least once a month which is a good 36 mile round trip and it’s worth the time and effort . Keep up the good work silver grill .
