Orient Express - South Gloucestershire

This past Saturday, we placed a takeout order through UberEats at 6:52 PM. We were informed that it would be delivered by 7:35 PM. After calling twice to follow up, it finally arrived at 8:25 PM. UberEats informed us that it was the restaurant's delivery driver's fault. The food was cold. We sent a message to the restaurant's inbox but have not received a response. Overall, the experience was terrible and we will not be using this restaurant again.

This was our first experience ordering takeout from Orient Express, and it certainly won't be our last! The food was delicious and not greasy at all. We will definitely be coming back.

The food at this restaurant is incredible and well worth the price. The service is friendly and the prices for delivery or minimum order are reasonable. I highly recommend this place!

The food is amazing, fast service and quality staff.

With my kitchen out of order I decided to have take away. My dish of choice is Lemon Chicken and this was ok, pineapple served with it which was surprising, never had that before. My second (which I warmed up the next day) was Beef and Broccoli . Disappointed is an understatement. Couldn't tell it was supposed to be Chinese from the flavour (or lack of it) and more Broccoli than anything else. No flavour at all sad to say
