Can't believe it, made the journey from Hampshire to Cribbs for X as shopping and so looking forward to our usual lunch a the deli. SHUT! What an absolute travesty, this was one of the main reasons for travelling to Cribbs. Just spoilt our Christmas shopping trip. M&S appear to be losing the plot.

So sad to see that the deli bar is shut and not reopening?!! Why?? Always always busy, yes a little cold but that could’ve been rectified? Seems M&S not listening to their customers?

We were quite excited to try this place after often passing it on our weekly shopping trip. We arrived on Saturday around 12:30 and although it didn't seem too busy there were plates piling up on the sides. We patiently waited at a chair for 20 minutes trying to get the attention of one of the 3 members of staff who seemed entirely consumed in a conversation about something clearly riveting. We left after failing to even get a seat and will not return.

The food at this restaurant is top-notch and reasonably priced. It's a great place for a shopping break. However, the seating could be more comfortable because it's located near the food chillers, making the air less than cozy.
