Caffe Gusto - South Gloucestershire

Five of us went to the breakfast. No one came to welcome us. we sat on a table and picked our own menus. our order lasted long until we are used to it. my sons and I ordered pancakes. When they arrived, they were like that. it was impossible to cut them. the waitress took back the meal and replaced it. these pancakes were also stone-resistant. when we complained again, we were offered a free drink. I'm diabetic, so the breakfast is important. even at the 30 percent, eating is unusable and the service is pathetic, that is the least. they stay away and spend their money elsewhere.

I just wanted to eat a short bite, but nothing faster. I ordered Decaf tea they got wrong, so it sent back. no sugar on the table has my own. no drop of milk had to ask. my jacket. kartoffel came with the filling in 2 separate stacks on the plate so more do it yourself! we had to remind them that we were still waiting for the muffin who had tried to warm up from some reason. either that, or it had been left on a hot surface. the young cookie service should not be in a customer with a look at the roll. will not go back.

Ok you get what you pay for, and with30% off the prices it was also reflected in everything else. The customer service was ok. The food was edible but not tasty. There was no butter potato or could we find any and the nuggets were...soggy and the chips were cold. I don’t think we will be returning

Coffee nice but vastly overpriced a cappuccino (only one size, which is small) was £3.25. That’s as expensive as nice hotels etc ? It’s a quite a basic looking cafe. The cafe really lacked atmosphere and no one looked happy to be there, customers...and staff alike.

We visited Cafe Gusto early evening after shopping wanting a simple, quick meal and chose this restaurant from the ones on the food area of the Mall. Having been quickly shown to a table and ordering the special priced offer of fish and chips we...we surprised to find the meal delivered to our table after only 10 minutes or so. The portions were good, the food well presented and tasty.
