I went with my aunts to get some coffee and then some donuts for my grandparents. We mobile ordered and when we got to the window my aunt says “mobile order for ” she cuts us off and says go to the window. We then get to the window and the girl at the window says “is it just the two coffees? We don’t have the receipt.” My aunt says “no” and then the girl roles her eyes and huffs and says “Well what else is there?” with her voice raised. We told her there were three donuts and then we got the donuts in the bag with them just thrown in there now the chocolate on the Boston crème donut is all over and on the glazed donut (wouldn’t be that mad if they were nice). Anyway this Dunkin is the worst I’ve been to and as a huge Dunkin fan I’m very disappointed. Very rude customer service. I would avoid this Dunkin if you can.
