Went through drive thru and Jenny helped me out. She was very friendly when taking my order. I was out of the line in less than 3 mins. She was very professional and made my morning. Don’t waste your money here. Drinks are always made incorrectly, and if you politely ask for a drink to be remade expect to receive attitude from the staff.

Ordered ahead on the app so I could pick up quickly, but when I got there the lobby was closed with a sign saying to go through the drive thru. It's absolutely ridiculous to go through a 25 minute drive thru just to pick up an order that I had already placed and paid for. Very disappointed.

I ordered a Venti matcha with no ice, I would expect the drink filled up and I was missing a quarter of the drink, I asked why was my drinking missing a quarter of it and the response I got was “you order it with no ice” BAD SERVICE!
