Hacienda La Margarita Mexican Grill

I am writing this review to set the record straight about the authenticity of the Mexican food at this establishment. Service was fine, but there were some serious issues with the food. 1. They did not have chips and Salsa or Guacamole ready on hand with the chips. If you're going to advertise yourself as an authentic Mexican restaurant you should at least have those items available. 2. The chicken on the tacos was boiled shredded chicken absolutely 0 seasoning and was dry as a bone. A decent chicken taco should be grilled chicken thigh meat often with a cumin flavor. Not tough shredded dry breast meat. All in all, I would not recommend and suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Great Mexican food w/lots of choices. Loved the nachos and chicken fajitas. You know it's good when their sauce is actually spicy! Glad I found this spot will be back again.

Ate there only once and didn't like the food . Was expecting something delicious but everything was bland . Hard to get some good food in Sullivan county .

Stopped here after a busy weekend at kartrite and boy, were we pleasantly surprised. Authentic, delicious food that my husband, son and I really enjoyed. Would go again in a heartbeat. Nothing fancy, just good quality food

Make one of the best Tortas around in the county. Can never go wrong here. Family run business and very friendly. Best for lunch or a quick bite.
